The Teacher training at Namaste Yoga Center is a multidimensional study of yoga for those interested in teaching yoga or simply furthering their personal practice. Yoga is a fluid exploration of self through movement, meditation, and attention to breath that deepens our relationship with ourselves and with the earth. Ashtanga yoga integrates the practices of postures, breathing techniques, lifestyle choices, and mental exercises to bring the mind under control and enable a life of peace and happiness. All courses are affiliated to International Federation of Yoga Professionals Kerala Ayurveda Center, India (IFYP)
Namaste Yoga Center is affiliated to Kerala Ayurveda Kendra Jaipur, Rajasthan. Our objective is to deliver an authentic Ashtanga yoga experience to our students and through our training programs and courses transform them into certified teachers as well as experienced and passionate yoga practitioners. We believe in sharing the Ashtanga yoga system in a way that brings proper balance between the bodies, minds and souls of our students so that they may bring more happiness, stability, and peace into their lives. All trainings are completed with certification.

Course elements include: practical knowledge to deal with the daily challenges of life, interactive exercises, yoga, stretching, relaxation exercises, meditation and powerful breathing techniques, and skills for improving relationships and quality of life at home and work.
The immersion includes
Integration of Ayurveda and Yoga with Sankya philosophy, introduction to 8 limbs of yoga and how to implement in everyday life. Knowledge of Chakras, (five layers) Koshas mudras mantras and five elements.
Basics of Ayurveda: Ayurvedic nutrition, diet, states
of digestion and conscious eating, agni/ama Theory
and practice of yoga adapted for each dosha: Vata,
Pitta,Kapha and Tri-Doshic You will leave this course
feeling refreshed inspired, expanded and more
confident with your Yoga practice on and off the mat.
The 200 Hr Certification for Yoga Instructor forms the basic level of certification under scheme of yoga professional certification of Quality council of India (QCI). It includes the introduction to yoga, yogic practices, Hatha Yoga, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga for Wellness, Yoga and Stress management, Sukshma Vyayam and Shat karma, Suryanamaskar and Asana, Pranayama and practices leading to meditation. This Deepening Yoga Immersion is designed to empower you to live and love Yoga Fully in your daily life.
